This is the guiding principle of TSVS. Students at TSVS thrive in a nurturing environment, where each child is believed to have boundless potential to develop in character and artistic sensitivity. Shinichi Suzuki broke precedents by believing every child can develop these skills from a very young age, and children as young as 3 can join TSVS.  

 

In addition to individual lessons, group lessons are a core part of the program. Group lessons foster growth in character and musicianship, motivation, friendship, and joy in making music. For many students, group lessons are the highlight of their violin experience. We have a culture here that promotes fun in learning, student leadership, and setting the highest standards, whether we’re playing a Twinkle variation or an advanced piece.
